The Senior Manager, Business Systems Analyst will support the Business Applications team in solving our stakeholders' most complex problems across various applications, including Salesforce, Workato, Quip and others. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across Go To Market (GTM), Marketing, Legal and Finance functions to understand their needs, develop and document business requirements, and create automated and scalable solutions. The Sr Business Systems Analyst will be a primary resource for the Business Systems team to help manage stakeholder needs, communicate timelines for development/projects and assist the Sr Director of Business Applications manage and direct the Business Systems teams workflow, ticket management, project plans and development goals. Reporting to the Sr Director of Business Applications, this role will liaise with executives and partners to apply critical and strategic thinking, influence decisions and create solutions that will benefit the whole organization.

Candidates must be currently based within the EST and CST regions of the United States.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Build and maintain critical system infrastructure supporting Dataiku’s growth plans
  • Identify and deliver automation opportunities within the business systems landscape
  • Advise and translate functional requirements into technical requirements
  • Implement, integrate, customize, and support Salesforce and connected tools (e.g. Outreach, Clari, etc)
  • Manage documentation, development, testing, deployment of Salesforce enhancements
  • Identify and document new features and functionality for existing applications
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects among various stakeholders
  • Maintain a service-first approach for business partners
  • Communicate process changes to key stakeholders across the organization
  • Assist and lead efforts to integrate Salesforce across the Business Applications systems landscape
  • Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional Dataiku teams to identify and define system enhancements
  • Drive education efforts within the broader team on development best practices

What you’ll need to be successful

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a SaaS environment
  • 7+ years total of GTM systems experience
  • Salesforce certifications are helpful to demonstrate knowledge
  • Experience scaling a GTM tech stack to enterprise level
  • Proven ability to lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion
  • Salesforce CPQ expertise and experience
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools
  • Familiar with SFDC Development Lifecycle and Change Management and best practices
  • Expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem of applications and supporting systems that integrate with Salesforce (such as HubSpot, LeanData, Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and CLM)
  • Experience working with GTM teams and familiarity with their typical work processes and challenges
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people and to translate technical needs/opportunities into a roadmap
  • Support processes promoting data integrity, data governance and compliance
  • Good understanding of interconnectivity between systems allowing to perform upstream and downstream impact analysis from multiple stakeholders’ point of view
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to concisely explain complex cross-functional processes. Ability to create clear/simple documentation - process guides & diagrams.
  • Experience turning business processes into Salesforce best practice processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and influence effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experiences with compliance requirements like ITGC (IT general controls) is a plus
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Reliable and self-motivated
Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.

$180,000$195,000 USD
