Dataiku is seeking a talented and motivated People Systems Analyst to join our small but mighty People System team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organization with systems-related inquiries and enhancements, as well as leading small projects in collaboration with our People team. This role works very closely with all levels of the company and must have prior Workday HCM configuration experience and Workday architecture familiarity.

This role is 100% remote with the option to work at any of our local offices.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for People System-related inquiries

  • Collaborate with HR and Finance leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions

  • Assist in the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday

  • Configure, test, validate and implement changes in Workday

  • Create and maintain the documentation of procedures and processes; develop user guides as needed

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience with Workday HCM including business processes, security, and general system administration

  • Expertise in at least two additional Workday functional areas (Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent & Performance, etc), or the ability to learn them

  • Possess a solid understanding of custom reports, calculated fields, and EIBs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Workday consulting experience a strong plus

  • Experience managing and troubleshooting Workday integrations (XLSTs, Core Connectors, Studio, etc)

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS

  • Experience working in a global organization

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive system implementation and enhancement projects

Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.

US only national base pay ranges
$105,000$120,000 USD
