Skills & Qualification

  • Proven experience in partner growth management, with a focus on the travel industry

  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools, such as Salesforce and Google Analytics

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry and trends

  • Fluency in multiple languages, preferably including English, Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand product offerings

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize partner performance and drive revenue growth

  • Develop and manage partner marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive business growth and improve customer experience

  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new partnerships and revenue streams

  • Develop and manage partner onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless partner experience

  • Lead and manage a team of partner growth managers to drive business growth and expand product offerings
