What we do
Talent Acquisition
We grow Cover Genius by sourcing diverse, globally minded, collaborative top talent. We partner with hiring teams to assess and share offers that enable us to bring great people to CG.
Total Rewards
We benchmark our compensation and benefits, and design new plans to ensure people are paid fairly and are motivated to keep stretching. We believe in sharing our success so every employee has equity and receives more each year.
Growth
We are defining and building out programs to Hire, Onboard and Manage the CG Way. As we grow, we are building career pathing and planning so people can become experts in their craft or move around and understand different markets.
