At Cover Genius, our Partner Services team works with Strategic Partnerships to ensure the ongoing success of our partners. We develop trusted relationships with our partners, working with them to identify additional revenue opportunities, then project manage the required changes with internal and external teams.
What we do
Relationship management
As the primary point of contact within the organization, we build long term relationships with existing and new partners.
Collaboration
We collaborate with Integration Managers, Product Managers and Sales to ensure the appropriate level of response to customer needs.
Deliver
We ensure delivery of our solutions to partners in accordance with their technical needs and objectives.
Why we do it
We’re passionate about account management and the challenge of working hand-in-glove with some of the world’s leading digital companies — including Booking.com, eBay, Wayfair, and more — to help them achieve their objectives. Our goal is to grow our big global partnerships by delivering tailored solutions and a seamless, end-to-end experience.
How we do it
We have developed trusted advisor status with our partners and related stakeholders. To do so, we use data science to monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, as well as identify areas for improvement and action. We take pride in being a part of a collaborative team that works cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization to grow the business.
