We assist in writing releases for upcoming products so that our customers and internal team understand the value of these launches.

We’re passionate about content writing and knowledgeable about all things insurtech! Our goal is to contribute to global organizational success by creating content that provides value to the reader and makes insurance easy to understand.
How we do it
We work closely with the insurance product team to get appropriate compliance approvals on content relating to insurance products. We also ensure online content complies with corporate and site-specific brand standards, UX/UI writing guidelines and the web style guide. Additionally, we work closely with customer support teams to understand how our customers consume content, utilizing usability best practices and agile methodology.
