About the Role
As a Designer on our Domains Team, you will focus on designing high-converting, UI-led solutions that improve the performance and effectiveness of our sales funnels and product discovery experiences. You'll balance your time between creating exceptional designs and supporting user testing initiatives to validate and refine your work.
To drive success in this role, you will have a strong UI skillset complemented by a solid understanding of UX principles, with demonstrable experience in e-commerce and growth-led design initiatives. You'll work proactively and collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams to craft seamless, scalable, and testable designs that elevate customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize sales panel experiences and customer journeys that drive conversion across product domains
  • Conduct and facilitate user testing sessions to validate design hypotheses and gather insights for iteration
  • Articulate design decisions and present work effectively to both internal teams and external partners
  • Simultaneously manage multiple design projects across different domains while maintaining quality and timelines
  • Partner with Product and Growth teams to translate hypotheses into testable UI solutions
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and design specifications that align with our design system and product vision
  • Identify and address friction points in product discovery, quoting, and purchase flows
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of your designs
  • Support rapid experimentation and A/B testing through design iterations and component variations
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design language and maintain visual consistency

Skills & Experience:

  • What you will bring:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality, conversion-focused solutions for digital products, particularly in e-commerce environments
  • Experience conducting and analyzing user tests, with the ability to translate findings into actionable design improvements
  • Demonstrated experience working on growth-focused design initiatives with measurable outcomes (case studies preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in Figma and standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), with experience creating interactive prototypes, animations, and video assets
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful UI/UX work, with measurable outcomes on customer experience, engagement, and conversion
  • Experienced in supporting product discovery through competitor research, identifying new business opportunities, and designing for experimentation
  • Skilled in working with design systems and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams including product, growth, marketing, content, and engineering
  • Comfortable producing campaign design assets and marketing deliverables in addition to core product design work
  • Familiar with leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows, enhance ideation, and prototype innovative design solutions

*The cash compensation range for this role is between $120,000 and $160,000.
*This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office, with in-office days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
