About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager on our People Team, you will play a crucial role in building and executing our talent acquisition strategy across multiple countries.
To drive success in this role, you will have strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills and significant hands on end to end recruitment experience . As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will own the talent acquisition strategy and execution for the APAC region. Regular collaboration with senior leaders within the region will be key in ensuring we engage with and hiring the best talent that will help us achieve our growth targets going forward.

What will your day look like? You will...

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand talent needs, developing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while delivering high-quality hires within specified timelines.
  • Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, tools, and technologies to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
  • Develop and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.

To help us level up, you'll ideally have:

  • 5 or more years of proven experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational company with a focus on the APAC region.
  • Strong knowledge of APAC markets, recruitment trends, and local employment regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment activities, ideally across various functions and levels.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, knowledge of how to find and engage candidates outside of active applicant channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
