About the Role
As a Director, Partner Services on our Partner Services team, you will oversee the Partner Services function for the Americas regions and will be accountable for the integration, retention and growth of partners accounts.
To drive success in this role, you will have successfully led high performing teams within a technology first B2B environment. You will also be able to quickly develop and implement strategic growth plans that drive substantial commercial upside for both our partners as well as CG. As the Director, Partner Services you will lead the successful integration of new ticketing partners and implementing scalable strategies that will increase CG’s market share. Regular collaboration with the Partnership and Technology teams will be key in ensuring the continued growth and optimization of key accounts are achieved.

What will your day look like? You will...

  • Lead successful integration of new ticketing partners with XCover and other products globally.
  • Lead, coach and manage teams of Partner Growth Managers, Client Solution Engineers and Partner Services team members
  • Develop and manage key relationships to identify growth opportunities for new and existing products.
  • Create scalable growth via effective account management through solution design and implementation of initiatives aligned to each partner's needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are fully supported and devise strategies to service and maintain partner relationships, act as the key liaison with partners to ensure support SLA are maintained.
  • Introduce Brightwrite to optimize Partner GWP and/or Total Transaction Value, work with the Brightwrite product team to deliver a continuous program of improvements to the partner’s optimization objectives.
  • Monitor solution data, analyze and forecast where possible. Provide commentary or advice to partners through regular reporting and insights on the performance of products and accounts

To help us level up, you'll ideally have:

  • 10 or more years experience leading high performing multi-disciplinary teams in a technology first (preferably API) driven B2B product company
  • Experience developing and implementing successful growth strategies that increase sales and adoption of new and existing products
  • Proven track record executing sales / account strategies to grow market share
  • Ability to foster and develop relationships (both new and existing) with key internal and external stakeholders
  • High level understanding of data science applications and techniques to drive commercial outcomes

*The salary range for this role in NYC is between $125,000 and $180,000. All roles are eligible to receive equity.
