Business Intelligence Analyst
Collibra
Joining Collibra’s Engineering Operations BI team
We're looking for a curious, analytical mind to join our Engineering Operations BI team as a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst focused on Support Analytics. This isn't a role where you'll build dashboards that nobody looks at — you'll be the person who transforms raw support data into insights that actually change how we operate.
You'll partner directly with global support teams to define metrics that matter, build the analytics infrastructure to measure them, and — most importantly — translate patterns into recommendations that drive action. Think: identifying the root causes behind ticket escalations, spotting staffing inefficiencies before they become problems, and building early warning systems that help leadership stay ahead of emerging issues.
You'll work with a modern data stack (dbt, BigQuery, Tableau) while getting hands-on experience with AI-augmented analytics. If you're excited about the intersection of data engineering, business strategy, and making people's work lives better through insights — we want to meet you.
This is a hybrid role based in our Prague office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.

- Automate Intelligence: Build alerting systems that catch anomalies and trends before they become problems
- Document & Govern: Maintain data definitions and lineage in Collibra to ensure everyone speaks the same analytical language
- Experiment with AI: Explore how AI tools can augment your analytical capabilities and make the team more effective
You have
- A bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in analytics, BI, or a related field (or equivalent via bootcamps/projects)
- Strong SQL skills , you can write complex queries without hand-holding
- Experience with at least one BI visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Clear communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Work authorization to work in Prague, CZ
You are
- Able to translate business questions into analytical approaches
- Curious, you ask "why" and "so what" naturally
- Comfortable with AI tools for productivity and analysis
Measures of success
- Within your first month, you will complete onboarding, gain a solid understanding of the support analytics landscape and tools, build relationships with key stakeholders, and identify initial quick-win improvement opportunities.
- Within your third month, you will independently deliver value by shipping analytics work to production, improving dashboards and metrics, responding to data requests, and presenting actionable insights to the Support team.
- Within your sixth month, you will own a core analytics workstream end-to-end, drive measurable operational improvements, implement proactive monitoring, and act as a trusted data partner to Support leadership.
