Joining Collibra’s Growth Marketing team

Collibra is looking for a results-driven marketer with a growth mindset to join our marketing team as Senior Director of Global Demand Generation. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you'll be responsible for the strategy, tactics and performance measurements to optimize our global Demand Gen execution strategy to achieve GTM goals. As a senior member of our team, you’ll help embrace and drive change ensuring our marketing efforts are efficient and continuously optimized to deliver the best results for the business. This position is accountable for delivering on pipeline targets in partnership with the GTM team across all regions. The Director of Demand Generation at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Establishing the global campaign strategy to accelerate business across all regions and operationalizing a campaign construct that scales. Localize and integrate corporate marketing campaigns for regional demand generation deployment.
  • Understanding our Ideal Customer Profile and personas to develop messaging, programs and sequences in partnership with other marketing teams to activate a variety of channels such as digital marketing, email marketing, social media, partners and events to drive SQLs
  • Tracking, analyzing and leveraging emerging marketing tactics and driving innovative end-to-end lifecycle programs that deliver leads, unlock the middle of the funnel and accelerate pipeline. Continually drive conversion rate optimization. Ensure that marketing performance and impact inform the go-forward strategy. Utilize a ‘test and learn’ approach to optimization.
  • Leading a team of Demand Gen marketers and being a trusted partner to the regional sales leadership team by understanding and supporting the needs of each region through careful and calculated planning of marketing tactics and programs that accelerate deal velocity.
  • Driving effective communication with and through your team to multiple stakeholders, including executives, sales, portfolio marketing, and the extended GTM team. Participate in regional pipeline and business reviews.

You have:

  • Proven experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS company; with expertise leading a global demand gen organization at scale (EMEA, APAC)
  • Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development and execution for global, multichannel demand generation campaigns, targeting enterprise size companies.
  • Big picture thinking, and meticulous attention to details – ability to quickly understand overall business objectives, create a well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Compensation for this role

The standard base salary range for this position is $152,000 - $180,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
