Joining Collibra’s Business Operations team

  • Collibra is looking for a Business Process Specialist to help us scale and reduce friction. You will report to the Director of Business Operations and be responsible for leading and overseeing continuous improvements in all things Quote-to-Cash (Q2C).
  • Living Collibra’s value of “Embrace and drive change”, you will work cross-functionally to root out inefficiencies and friction in our Q2C process as well as introduce new automation opportunities to improve and scale business processes.

Business Process Specialist at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Working on our Q2C process improvement initiatives in partnership with IT to further the overall business goals
  • Understanding the full Q2C ecosystem and all up/down stream impacts to ensure transactions and data flow properly between various systems and teams
  • Participation in key project phases from requirements definition, testing, sign-off, and change management
  • Assisting our Deal Desk team in contract routing, deal closure, and license delivery within Salesforce
  • Fostering cross-functional partnerships with Sales Ops, Enablement, Deal Desk, AR, and IT to execute on these initiatives

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Commercial function within the SaaS industry (Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations experience)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, CPQ, Salesforce.com reporting and an understanding of how they enable the end-to-end sales process
  • A proven record of success in driving improvements in sales efficiency and building systems for scale
  • The ability to facilitate cross-team discussions, drive decisions, and obtain buy-in for change
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

  • Able to “see the big picture” across people, process, data and systems and how to drive change that is in line with the goals and priorities of the business
  • Excited to design and build new operational processes and be a driver of change in a fast-growing company
  • Able to be a collaborative partner to define operational strategy and best practices with cross-functional leaders and teams
  • Someone with strong intellectual curiosity to continually challenge the status quo and explore what should be changed to best meet evolving business needs
  • Well versed in project management methodologies

Measures of success:

  • Within your first month, you will gain an understanding of Q2C systems, deal closure and license provisioning processes, and products at Collibra
  • Within your third month, you will be working on tier 2 and tier 3 Salesforce and CPQ projects and assisting with contract routing, deal closure, and license delivery
  • Within your sixth month, you will be developing BRDs and leading new Business Ops Salesforce Lightning and CPQ projects, in partnership with Corp IT, to drive the future direction of Collibra’s Q2C processes

Compensation for this role

The standard base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $121,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
