Account Executive

We're in search of individuals with an unwavering appetite for success and a passion for excellence to join our team. As an Account Executive at CluedIn, you'll be a pivotal force behind our achievements. Your strong background in sales and closing, exceptional communication skills, and innovative problem-solving abilities are fundamental to your success. You'll take a proactive approach, actively seeking out and winning new clients to expand our portfolio of new logos.

Account Executive - Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire B2B enterprise sales cycle, including lead generation, engaging prospects, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales Solution Architects to lead impactful product demonstrations that highlight our solutions' value.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline, focusing on a specific region and fostering relationships for growth.
  • Develop strategic plans aligned with our company's long-term objectives to unlock business opportunities.
  • Report directly to the VP of Sales for effective communication and collaboration.

Essential Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales and closing experience, consistently exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (phone, video, email, face-to-face)
  • Proven creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to self-generate pipelines—a true hunter
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger
  • Experience in a start-up / scale-up environment
