As a Sales Development Representative at Checkstep, your role entails sourcing, creating, and nurturing opportunities with prospective clients on a global scale. You will play a pivotal role at the forefront of our mission to drive measurable change for companies worldwide.

  • Collaborate: Forge strong relationships with the Sales Director and marketing team to deliver an exceptional prospect experience.

  • Learn: Become an expert in the Content Moderation landscape within your territory, leveraging market insights to shape our go-to-market strategy.
  • Optimise: Harness our tech stack adeptly to leverage our extensive network and nurture existing accounts.

Skills and Experience:

While we believe continuous learning is integral, we value experience in the following:

  • Proven track record as a Sales Development Representative, consistently surpassing targets.
  • A passion for sales, coupled with a scrappy, can-do attitude and proficiency in cold calling and emailing.
  • Comfort in a rapidly evolving environment with a penchant for navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Articulate communicator, capable of challenging the status quo when engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinker adept at utilising quantitative and qualitative feedback to drive informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in relevant Sales Development technology platforms (e.g., HubSpot, tl;dv, Surfe, Lemlist).
