Due to our client base we are looking for this individual to be based in preferably Brazil or possibly Costa Rica

We're seeking a hands-on problem solver with proven experience in the RPA and automation landscape. You might be an RPA CoE Manager or an Automation Super User, with a track record of building your own automations and working closely with leading RPA vendors such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Platform.

Here's what you will be doing in detail

  • You will be responsible for managing and resolving the most challenging issues for the C TWO support team, whilst helping to support simple fixes too.
  • You will work as an ambassador of C TWO, using your technical knowledge to support our growing customer base and ensure the best levels of service are met.
  • Working with a team of industry professionals you will get to improve your knowledge and impart your expertise to other team members daily.
  • Take full ownership of support requests and ensure issues are resolved and escalate them when needed.
  • Build relationships with a range of organisations including FTSE 250 & Fortune 500 companies.

What we’re looking for

  • Knowledge of RPA/Automation technologies is essential
  • Exposure to the main vendors (AA, UI Path, Blue Prism & MS PP) with a strong technical understanding
  • Experience in an RPA CoE or RPA Operations type role is required
  • As well as customer facing experience
  • Infrastructure and networking troubleshooting experience
  • A problem solver who always wants to find the root cause of an issue to stop it from happening again.
  • Strong communication skills to work with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise your own workloads but not be afraid to ask for help when it’s needed.
  • Extensive experience in writing technical documentation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • A strong knowledge of databases and how to troubleshoot them.
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills

Originally founded in Norway in 2019 by Erik, Tobias and Anders after spending years helping companies large and small achieve massive improvements in their Robotic Process Automation investments.

Validating their early traction the team raised seed and then series A rounds in rapid succession in ‘21 and ‘22 from MMC Ventures and Dawn Capital. With Product Market Fit in hand the team are now firmly focused on the path of Go-To-Market Fit and evolving our product to be ready to support many more, larger and more diverse customers.
