What We’re Looking For

As a Senior Group Accountant you will be a key member of the finance team ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across the Brite group.

Are you a Brite mind? We are looking for an individual who is driven and wants to be part of a finance team where each individual has a high impact on the work and deliveries that we do.

A lot of structure and processes are already in place in our accounting team, and with Netsuite being implemented during 2025, we have set a basis for an efficient reporting environment. With that said, we are looking for a highly technically savvy person who enjoys developing our ways of working further. You will drive system improvements, lead automation initiatives, and champion AI adoption, ensuring we deliver accounting processes and reporting with high financial integrity.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an international and regulated environment and is comfortable working independently with group accounting and statutory reporting.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5+ years experience from a similar role with experience of group accounting

  • Knowledge in K3 accounting standards and comfortable with accounting practices

  • Strong finance system knowledge (NetSuite preferred) with a demonstrated ability to drive automation and AI tool adoption to streamline group accounting.

  • Neat and thorough in your work approach

  • Fluent in Swedish and fluent / highly comfortable in communicating, reading and writing in English

  • Bachelor degree in finance/business administration

What You Will Do

  • Own and support processes in monthly closing, including balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis

  • Intercompany reconciliations and consolidation

  • Prepare annual reports for our Swedish group parent entity as well as our Swedish licensed entity, in line with K3

  • Perform tax and VAT reporting as well as be part of managing transfer pricing setup

  • System owner of Netsuite

  • Take part in audits, ensuring timely delivery and regularly communicate with auditors

  • Identify needs and actively drive process improvements, automation, and AI adoption within the finance and accounting area.

  • Take part in various projects within the finance/accounting area
