About this role
The Senior Graphic Designer will create captivating and on-brand visual assets for various marketing initiatives. The Designer will work closely with our internal teams to develop compelling designs that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand message. A creative visionary with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design trends who can continuously evolve Brite Payments’ brand identity and elevate it to new heights.
What you will do
As the Brand Champion and resident design wizard at Brite Payments, you'll be the beating heart of everything that makes us visually sing. Picture yourself radiating brand passion, igniting enthusiasm across the organization, and guiding everyone towards on-brand glory.
Imagine conjuring stunning graphic spells - static images, sleek vector graphics, captivating videos, and mesmerizing motion designs - each one an embodiment of the Brite Payments essence. These visual masterpieces will dance across marketing channels, campaigns, and wherever their brilliance is needed. Plus, you'll be the mastermind behind captivating illustrations that bring life to social media posts, blog articles, explainers, and presentations, ensuring every touchpoint resonates with our brand.
Your keen eye will be the guardian of consistency, ensuring every company platform - from our own websites to paid media - resonates with the same harmonious brand voice. You’ll be the glue, the thread, the invisible force that binds everything together, making Brite Payments shine brighter than ever before.

Are you a brite mind?
- 5 years of work experience in a creative role/environment
- Proficient in English
- Expert knowledge working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects and Figma
- A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and project
- Bonus points if you have worked at an agency
- Well-versed in the Google business suite
