Key Responsibilities
Partner with commercial and operational teams to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that enhance business processes.
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Platform Events, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST APIs, Message Queuing (Kafka, RabbitMQ), ETL processes (Airflow), and AWS Lambda within a microservices environment.
Take ownership of data security and integrity, including managing role-based permissions, sharing rules, and data visibility settings.
Contribute to a culture of technical excellence by writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews.
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer in a complex business environment.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, asynchronous code execution (Platform Events, Queueable Apex), and a deep understanding of Governor Limits and development best practices.
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and SOQL/SOSL.
Proven experience with programming languages beyond Apex, such as Node.js, Python, or Java/Kotlin.
Working knowledge of MySQL and basic experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Basic experience with cloud services, specifically AWS Lambdas.
Familiarity with Salesforce administration, including user management, profiles, roles, and security settings.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working within a FinTech or B2B SaaS organization.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Git, GitHub Actions, and Gearset.
