Role Overview
AccessFintech is looking to hire a student for a part-time NOC / Operations Support position, based at our Ramat Gan office (Stock Exchange area). The role includes rotating shifts, including nights and holidays, supporting live production monitoring outside standard business hours.

AccessFintech is looking to hire a student for a part-time NOC / Operations Support position, based at our Ramat Gan office (Stock Exchange area). The role includes rotating shifts, including nights and holidays, supporting live production monitoring outside standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Actively monitor our microservices-based application using a range of monitoring and logging tools
- Proactively communicate on service and infrastructure health, impacts, escalations, and other critical analysis
- Respond to events raised by monitoring tools, working toward restoration of service
- Act as the first point of contact for support, serving as a hub to escalate and communicate with other technical groups and management
- Manage incidents and trigger on-call policies as needed
- Add to and improve documentation associated with monitoring and procedures
- Provide first-aid and initial troubleshooting on new or recurring issues
- Work closely with the Development, Operations, and Client Services teams
- Act as first responder to incidents — driving resolution, communicating with relevant teams, and documenting outcomes
Completed a SQL course, with basic working knowledge of SQL.
- Completed a networking-related course, with basic understanding of networking concepts
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written) — occasional contact with colleagues abroad
- Ability to commit to rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures and escalation processes
- Clear, methodical communication — able to document issues and hand over information accurately between shifts
- Comfortable working independently and staying alert during quiet or overnight shifts
- Enrolled in a relevant degree (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, Software Engineering, or Information Systems Engineering) at a college or university in the Central region or Sharon area, with at least 2 years of study remaining
- Mobile with a car, or able to reach the Ramat Gan Stock Exchange office on foot, scooter, or e-bike (required for night/holiday shifts when public transport isn't running)
- Prior experience monitoring production systems, applications, or IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with monitoring or logging tools (e.g. Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or similar)
- Previous experience in a NOC, helpdesk, or technical support environment
- Coursework or exposure to microservices architecture or distributed systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment
- Interest in fintech, capital markets, or post-trade operations
