We are looking for a talented web user-centered product designer with proven experience in UX/UI and visual design to join our collaborative and innovative Product team.

As a UX/UI Designer, You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences for our exclusive innovative data-driven application.

Working within a collaborative, agile team, you’ll design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that align with user needs and business objectives. You’ll partner closely with our Product & Development teams and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life.

This role is best for a creative, detail-oriented designer, who is passionate about user-centered design and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect our vision and branding.
• Ensure all designs adhere to branding and design guidelines while maintaining consistency across the product.
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing insights.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D, marketing, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives, project requirements, and technical constraints.
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, attractive user interfaces, and creating original graphic designs.
• Solve problems creatively in an agile and lean product environment.
• Work within Agile teams, utilizing tools like Jira and Monday.com for task management and progress tracking.

• 2+ years of relevant work experience as a UI/UX Product Designer.
• Experience in leading large-scale projects.
• Vast experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (Invision, Axure, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and more).
• Excellent English skills - MUST.
• Vast knowledge in the finance world with a focus on banking is a strong advantage.
• Experience in designing complex systems – A big advantage.
• Experience with front-end development HTML/CSS, JS/REACT/VUE - An Advantage.
