About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Operations individuals to join the AccessFintech Product Team. Candidate must have direct knowledge of the syndicated loans industry and can leverage relevant industry knowledge. The ideal candidate understands the full lifecycle of loans and how they operate from origination to payoff/restructure including experience with activity such including booking trades and processing activity such as rate resets, interest payments, paydowns and other activities. Candidate understands all data points involved with loans and reporting and should have experience with cash and position reconciliation.
Candidate needs to be self-motivated and take initiative beyond obvious tasks, leveraging peers both internally and externally, where relevant. Candidate must have direct knowledge of the syndicated loans industry and can leverage relevant industry knowledge and identify key targets within loans operations. AccessFintech is centered around evolution, collaboration, and innovation, therefore candidate will be comfortable with idea sharing and ongoing learning.
Responsibilities
1. Product-Specific Requirements:
- Identify and map key datasets with prospective client firms for Loans
- Monitor and address potential data gaps by collaborating with clients and internal IT teams.
- Maintain a clear and detailed list of deliverables and objectives for internal stakeholders (Product and IT teams) and clients.
- Responsible for end to end new client onboarding
- Responsible for onboarding client data to Synergy
- Responsible for data cleansing and data governance
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external counterparties.
- Provide training and ongoing support to external users for platform usage.
- Manage client feedback on UI usability and work with product and IT teams to prioritize and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry, preferably with syndicated loan sell-side experience
- Must have deep working knowledge of operational processes and lifecycle events specifically for syndicated loans.
- Experience working with or using syndicated loan administration technology. Technology development work is a plus.
- Well presented with solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote/global environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various groups in multiple capacities across an organizationThe ability to give and receive constructive feedback, helping to improve the team and organisation’s overall knowledge
