About the Role

We are seeking for a highly skilled individual with experience in financial services operations, transformation, product. The individual will be the Product Lead for India, reporting to Global head of Product. In addition will be the site lead for India across all functions. Candidate needs to have strong leadership qualities to be able to lead and drive teams locally and globally. Candidate needs to have client facing skill set and be able to work with clients directly locally and globally. Candidate will directly be responsible for all client data onboarding and data governance across Securities, Derivatives and Alternatives. As part of this remit the candidate needs to be able to work with internal teams across sales, product, technology & client success and key stakeholders at clients globally. Candidate needs to be self-motivated and experience in managing people and stakeholders. AccessFintech is centered around evolution, collaboration, and innovation, therefore candidate will be comfortable with idea sharing and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

1. Client Data Onboarding:

  • Responsible for end to end new client onboarding
  • Responsible for onboarding client data to Synergy
  • Responsible for data cleansing and data governance

2. Leadership:

  • Lead the Client Data Onboarding team globally.
  • Provide site leadership for teams across all functions
  • Present senior leadership and face of the company for clients in India

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external counterparties.
  • Manage key stakeholders at clients globally for client data onboarding
  • Escalate and manage issues with key stakeholders proactively

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years in the financial services industry, preferably with syndicated loan sell-side experience
  • Must have deep working knowledge of operational processes and lifecycle events in financial servics
  • Experience working with or using financial services technology. Technology development work is a plus.
  • Well presented with solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote/global environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various groups in multiple capacities across an organization
  • The ability to give and receive constructive feedback, helping to improve the team and organisation’s overall knowledge
