The Job is Evening/ Night/ Weekend shifts – please send a CV only if relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Actively monitor our microservices-based application, using different monitoring and logging tools. Proactive communication on services and infrastructure health, impacts, escalations, and other critical analysis.
  • Respond to events from the monitoring tools, with the goal of restoration of service.
  • Provide the first point of contact support; Used as a hub to escalate & communicate to other technical groups/management.
  • Manage incidents and trigger on-call policies.
  • Add and improve documentation associated with monitoring and procedures.
  • Provide first-aid and initial troubleshooting on returning or new problems.
  • Work closely with the Developments team, the Operations team, and the Client Services.
  • Be the first responder to any incident, drive to resolve ongoing issues, communicate them to the relevant teams, and document them.
  • Assist with core infrastructure monitoring including maintenance.
  • Work independently and with global teams.

Requirements

  • High sense of responsibility, proven functional and technical analysis skills, handled pressure well, and strong analytical skills.
  • Fast learner and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Upper English level both spoken and written.
  • Computer science student or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge in SQL, AWS, and Networking.
  • Worked night/weekend shifts previously.
